Overview
A Letter From Eliza is a quest item that is part of the Halloween 2009 Quest to investigate and solve the disappearance of Jared the Tinker. It is given by Eliza the Tinker and must be delivered to Tomas O'Neerlan the Famed Toymaker. The letter is Blessed.
The letter must be surrendered to Tomas O'Neerlan for the quest to proceed to the next step. While players may carry the letter with them or place it in their bankbox, it cannot be dropped.
