Here's what it does:
- You can target ogres--we found the problem!
- Bulletin boards work correctly now.
- We have added many more new notoriety titles, in order to make notoriety more visible to players.

- We've got some new networking code up, which was the main point of the patch.
- We think some of the problems with null items in shops are now resolved.
