Decorative Personal Bless Deeds are unique to the Siege Perilous shard and were a consequence of the implementation of the Siege Bless mechanic in Publish 38. When this publish went live, existing Personal Bless Deeds that were not in use were transformed into a blue/purple Decorative Personal Bless Deed and those which were being used to bless an object at the time became a Decorative Personal Bless Deed belonging to [owning player's name].

These deeds have no utility and little value except as curios, with the possible exception of those belonging to Siege players of great renown.
