Fortune Tellers are a type of NPC. They buy and sell magical supplies. The list of items they buy and sell is identical to that of the Umbra Necromancer which sells the larger list of scrolls, with the addition that Fortune Tellers also trade in bandages. Like healers, they can also resurrect players.

Fortune Tellers can also train players in Anatomy, Healing, Forensic Evaluation, and Spirit Speak.
