Publish Additions – Lake Superior and Great Lakes

While observing the latest publish on the Lake Superior and Great Lakes shards, we discovered several issues that have required us to complete a mini-publish on these shards. These changes will be published today and will be active on the two shards following their next scheduled maintenance, or any intermittent downtime. These changes will be included in the publish to the remaining shards and should not delay the scheduled Monday, March 6th release.
