On September 17, 2004, the following was published:

“We will be deploying an emergency publish to improve shard stability at the following times:

• Immediately: Pacific , Baja , Napa Valley , Sonoma , Lake Austin , Chesapeake , Atlantic , Catskills , Siege Perilous , Lake Superior
• ~8:00 PM PDT: Yamato , Asuka , Wakoku , Hokuto , Izumo , Mizuho , Mugen , Sakura
• ~9:00 PM PDT: Europa , Drachenfels , Oceania , Arirang , Balhae , Formosa

Shard downtimes will be approximately one hour. Legends and Great Lakes have already received the patch and should experience no additional downtime.”
