KR Client vers. 2.47.0.8

At 1pm PDT (8PM GMT) on Thursday, Sept. 20, the KR client will be updated to version 2.47.0.8. Notes after the jump:
- Fixed bug that caused the mouse cursor to disappear
- updated clilocs
- Added art for new items
- Changed the default hairstyle to bald for all races and genders
- Fixed weird green pixel on map
