• Update localization file

SA client

• We have modified the function of "resource collection" and can be used also for fishing. (Please see here for resource collection setting example.)
• It is now possible to reposition the user interface elements (hot bar, main menu bar, backpack window display position etc.) to the default position on the upper left of the screen.
• ※ Please note: As of June 22, 2012, when using this function, the user interface elements may not move to the upper left of the screen, not the default position, or may not work at all. Also, currently the name of this function is "Reset UI Loc", but future. (Updated 6/26)
