Why's the housing timer so wonky

Just sold a house I've owned for years now i have to wait 63 hours to place another sometimes I drop one and place right away others I have to wait a week and why on earth 63 hours i could 48 or 72 but 63..

It usually has to do with a house on Siege or Mugen. i have also heard that sometimes placing a house on test recently can affect it, but not sure on the accuracy of that. and it usually is 72hrs, so something you did 9 hours prior to that time affected it possibly?
