How do I create a second paid subscription account?

After 19+ years of game play I am thinking of finally opening second paid subscription account just to have a second house / castle. They made it easy to create an EJ account but where do I find the info to create a paid subscription account?

The other option is to buy a gametime code from the Origin store and apply it to your second account through account management.
