Fletching is the only trade skill I do not have at GM or better. Considering I do not have any archers is fletching worth the work to make it go to GM?

Right now no but you never know how the game will swing in the future.

Or you may decide to have an archer later on. You can always GM it and then put it on a soul stone for whenever you need it.

Unless you're after the runic fletching kits... No. There's tons of Fletchers out there and not that many people that need bows.
