Looking for help finding a place to level up my skills

Hello and thank you for stopping by. I am looking for a place to skill up my combat skills beyond 80 can not seem to find any info myself on it myself.

Trying to get my skills maxed so any tips on where to go for progression is greatly appreciated.

Blackthorn's Dungeon is also a good place as you can get Minax Arti's as you train. The Blackthorn Dungeon quest from the Town Cryer will award you some additional artifacts.
