Does anyone know whether Luck factors in when Fishing up Ancient SOSes ?
If yes, How ?
I mean, is there a "target Luck" which one would want to have past which there is not much of a different in quantity/quality of the Chest's contents ?
Also, what does Luck affect ? The number of special/rare items (which ones) ? The quality of the items inside in terms of their modifiers ?
