So I've done some reading about the Primeval Lich Spawn. Made quite a few attempts at it and have figured out or seen all the parts of the spawn that happen such as lever puzzle and deco loot.

One thing i haven't had happen yet or don't know where it happens is acquiring "restless bones" to put on matching grave sites. Is this a backpack drop, looted off corpses, or ground loot? Only thing I have read on some forum is that they have a timer on them?

Does this part of the spawn still function or is it broken?

they are ground loot, they do still function, the reward is a soul gem that is useable from what i remember it acts like a magic arrow spell trigger. I read a report that it does 200 damage if used on the primevil lich, i have not verified this.
