There are so many different deeds in the game. Like

Mannequin Deed
GIft Ticket
A Deed for a Holiday Tree
Clothing Bless Deed
Tile Deed

It used up a lot of storage places and also it is hard to look for the deed. We need a Deed Book, just like Powerscroll Book, Aracrity Book? So that we can save storage places and have a search feature.

This would be handy but I'd just lose the book in some chest... now a house search button built into the house menu I'd pay big money for

Item search in EC helps me alot from losing stuff along with engraving tools for containers in houses.
