Additional Details

The resulting undead creature will have a form dependent on the original creature’s fame and body and the caster’s necromancy and spirit speak skill:

For the table below, Value is equal to ((caster's Necromancy skill * .3) + (caster's Spirit Speak skill * .3)) * 180. If the resulting Value is higher than the target corpse's Fame, Value is instead equal to the target corpse's Fame.

Default Arachnid Draconic Elemental Equinae Value Result Value Result Value Result Value Result Value Result 18000+ Lich Lord 18000+ Skeletal Dragon any Mound of Maggots 5000+ Wailing Banshee 10000+ Hellsteed 10000‑17999 Flesh Golem 10000‑17999 Flesh Golem 0‑4999 Wraith 0‑9999 Skeletal Steed 5000‑9999 Lich 5000‑9999 Lich 3000‑4999 Skeletal Knight or Bone Knight 3000‑4999 Skeletal Knight or Bone Knight 2000‑2999 Mummy 2000‑2999 Mummy 1000‑1999 Skeletal Mage or Bone Mage 1000‑1999 Skeletal Mage or Bone Mage 0‑999 Patchwork Skeleton 0‑999 Patchwork Skeleton

The undead creature cannot be commanded, but will tend to follow you and attack anything except humans. You can have at most 3 undead summons at one time; creating another will result in the destruction of one of your existing creatures. Also, the animated dead slowly decay in hit points with time. Animated dead do not use follower slots.
