Description	Summons a cloud of poison to strike down your enemy. Those within that radius will receive "splash" damage. $Splash\;Damage=\frac{Unmodified\;Target\;Damage}{Distance\;In\;Tiles+1}$ Necromancers having more than 60.0 skill points in Poisoning skill have a 3% to 9% chance (scales with poison skill) to poison their target.
