Armor Pierce is a Bushido or Ninjitsu special move that was added during the Samurai Empire expansion in the fall of 2004. It requires 50 Bushido or Ninjitsu skill to execute.
Effects
Upon landing Armor Pierce, 50% of the damage dealt is added as direct damage, with a possibility to damage the target's armor. It is similar to the special move Crushing Blow. For example, if an attack is made on a creature and it averages 14 points of damage per hit, then the Armor Pierce attack will inflict 21 points of damage (14 + (14 / 2) = 21).
Primary weapons
Weapons with a primary ability of Armor Pierce require 70 or higher in the appropriate fighting skill and 30 or higher in tactics.
Secondary weapons
Weapons with a secondary ability of Armor Pierce require 90 or higher in the appropriate fighting skill and 60 or higher in tactics.

Armor Pierce
Applies a “pierced armor” effect to the target which increases all incoming damage to the target by 10% for 3 seconds with the exception of direct damage special moves. Ranged weapons with this special move will not reset duration if target is currently under the effect.
