Notes

Look for Sabrix's Eye, which is bright-blue and appears like a piece of jewelry; it spawns randomly. It's needed to start the Dread Horn "Peerless Boss". When all six pieces (Blighted Cotton, Thorny Briar, Gnaw's Fang, Irk's Brain, Lissith's Silk, and Sabrix's Eye) are collected they each need to be dropped onto the statue located on the altar surrounded by rocks.
