Ilhenir shares the same graphic as the Grizzle

The obscure and relatively unknown Ilhenir the Stained is the final boss of the Pestilence Champion Spawn and is one of the more elusive Champion Spawns (the others being Twaulo of the Glade and Meraktus the Tormented) to date. His alter is located at the crypt in Bedlam and is rather challenging to summon and fight due to the small size of his chamber and difficult minions.
