The Tyrannosaurs Rex can be found in the north portion of Eodon to the west of the Sakkhra Village and is part of the quest The Great Hunt a subquest to Uniting the Tribes.

Notes

The T-rex will quickly and frequently switch targets
You must be on The Great Hunt quest to do damage
The T-Rex is tethered to a certain spot and will bounce back if taken too far
Its best to try and clear the T-Rex area of other dinosaurs to avoid fighting multiple other dinos at the same time.
